The 820 cases of water were quite a surprise to everyone at the school,
Carline said, since no one was sure what to expect. The day before the
drive came to a close, Wujczyk realized there wouldn’t be enough room on
the bus for the student representatives and the water. She then called
Romeo’s Blue Water Trucking and asked if they would be able to donate a
truck and a driver for the next day to transport everything to Flint.

Water Trucking told Wujczyk they would be there in the morning for the
school to load the water, and between their truck and the school bus,
the community was able to donate all water collected to Flint. Other
schools in the Romeo district also got involved by dropping water off
during the week.
